Born from the Spirit of Fire
El Fuego was born from a love of fire, spice and the vibrant cooking traditions of the Mediterranean — from Morocco to Greece, Lisbon to Lebanon. Since 2008, we have brought that soul to Swansea’s Victoria Road.
Every dish is crafted over open flames, with hand-selected premium cuts, freshly ground spice blends and locally sourced produce. Dining at El Fuego is more than a meal — it is an experience that stays with you.

Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome, however we strongly recommend booking ahead — especially for Friday and Saturday evenings and for groups of 4 or more.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our kitchen is fully allergen-aware and we can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal and most dietary needs. Please mention requirements when booking.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes — public parking is available on Victoria Road and several car parks are within a 3-minute walk. The restaurant is also well served by public transport from Swansea city centre.
Can I host a birthday or anniversary dinner?
We love celebrating special occasions! We can arrange birthday cakes, decorations, personalised menus and private room hire for larger parties.
